The Coach K of Life, Karriem Smith is a God fearing man, loving husband, devoted father, successful entrepreneur, life coach, sales coach, motivational speaker, radio host & hip hop clown for children with special needs.  

A native New Yorker born & raised in the Bronx, Coach K's mother Lorraine raised him to never be afraid of failure and his father Howard taught him the importance of having a strong work ethic. To this day, Coach K has always used these life lessons to his advantage, which has helped him become the person he is today.

Although he was a high school dropout, it never stopped him from dreaming. So against all odds, Coach K did the very things they said was impossible for any African-American male in the America, who never obtained a high school diploma. Such as becoming the salesman of the year at his very first sales job and would obtain this award two more times in his career. He would continue his promising sales career, while going back to school to obtain his GED. Where he decided to go to college after this milestone and leave after two years in order to fulfill a childhood dream and join The United States Army. Where he proudly served his country and was also awarded the Sergeant Major of the Army Gold coin recipient for his outstanding service in the military.

Coach K has earned three salesmen of the year awards (Creative Styles- 2, Cherry Communications- 1). A sales coach for small businesses, where the average company increases of at least 20% in closed sales. As a loan originator, his averaged closed sales totaled $2,000,000 a month and no foreclosures to date! As a Sales manager he recruited 845 new loan officers in a six month period.  

Today Coach K is highly sought after for his great wisdom on sales, business & life by small businesses, organizations and has appeared on numerous radio talk shows. While he handles day to day operations as founder/ president of Reviyve’s gourmet coffee; as well as being a life coach, sales coach, motivational speaker, radio host and a hip hop clown for children with special needs. .
